If the principal of the school wishing to use your services/installations is not mentioned below, it must have its students sign our informed consents/renouncements and perhaps sign a rental agreement. If you wish to negotiate a master`s contract, contact the university`s legal counsel at 403.220.2518. The Calgary Board of Education has signed contracts with most of our employees. These agreements define working conditions. The following agreements are in PDF format. Duration: October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2022 The University has a master`s contract with Girl Guides of Canada for the use of academic institutions and educational services. If Calendar B has been completed and signed by both parties, there is no need to sign, knowingly, consents and waiver declarations. This agreement will be used when UCalgary staff use Fortress Mountain Country for research or education purposes. Before requesting this access, make sure that you belong to a bargaining unit that has ratified its 2018-2020 collective agreement, this new contract will appear below as soon as it has been prepared, read and fully approved by all parties.

If your bargaining unit has not entered into negotiations with your school jurisdiction, employers cannot change arbitrary pay or working conditions. The expired collective agreements will continue to be in place until a new agreement is ratified. All other groups do not have existing agreements, so the condition of periodic consent is in effect with full knowledge of the facts. For current master`s contracts, there is a list of authorized activities as well as an appendix/schedule to be filled out to allow the school`s management to use your facilities/services. Once this is signed, their students will not be required to sign our waiver declarations or consent. Whenever you want to enter the country, you must complete Schedule C (not sign) and send it to your contact to fortress for the signing of Chris Chevalier. Once this has been done, send the scanned copy to riskmgmt@ucalgary.ca for the authorized signature of the university.
