If you have sought and are unable to reach an agreement, in accordance with the government`s wage policy for the public sector, it is expected that Core Agreement employees will receive a one-time payment for the resolution of negotiations by a certified agreement. This agreement contains the terms and conditions of employment for you and other employees employed by your agency. The government has just approved the agreement in principle on the basic agreement. The Palaszczuk government is currently negotiating with public sector unions a series of new collective agreements for the public public sector.
