Eu Turkey Readmission Agreement Entry Into Force
2. Subject to paragraph 3, this Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Parties notify each other of the conclusion of the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. Entry/exit stamp or similar statement in the travel document, including a false travel document of the person concerned or any other proof of entry/exit (e.g. B photo), 4. Turkey or a Member State may withdraw any authorisation granted if, subsequently, circumstances referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article occur or are revealed which impede transit, or where the continuation of the journey by any States of transit or readmission by the State of destination is no longer ensured. In that case, the requesting State shall immediately withdraw, if necessary, the third-country national or stateless person.
