Non Compete Agreement Real Estate
Prohibitions on competition between employers and workers rarely resist in court. They can`t stop you from making a living. “During your employment and two years after the termination of your employment contract, for any reason, you will not own, manage, operate, be employed by or by any company or by a contract with them, participate, advise or provide services to companies on whohalf of which you will compete with a company or its related companies at the time of the employee`s termination. I didn`t do it. Are real estate investments considered a competition? This agreement seems really broad. Do all real estate investment routes take competition into account? (Wholesale, fix and flip, etc.) HR didn`t really know how to answer my question….
